CUDECA
Supporting a good cause while walking? Join us on Saturday, the 7th of October! M4DW helps Cudeca with a Charity Walk of 5 kilometres.
Cudeca
Cudeca provides care and guidance to cancer patients and their loved ones in the province of Málaga; to do so, they depend on donations. Participants of M4DW can support them with a donation of at least 10 euros.
Route of 5 kilometres
This route takes you along the sea and through the old town centre of Marbella. The registration fee for this route is 10 euros; this money goes directly to Cudeca’s bank account. As a thank you for participating, you will receive a unique t-shirt from them. The Cudeca Charity Walk starts between 11.00 and 11.30 hrs, so you’ll arrive back at the Walking Village at about the same time as the other walkers and can celebrate life with a drink and a dance.
Are you registered for other distances?
Participants who walk the routes of 10, 20, or 30 kilometres or the Challenge Roca Route on Saturday can walk their route and support Cudeca at the same time. You donate the 10 euros and receive your unique t-shirt, which you can wear on your chosen M4DW walks.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Start your day with a nice cup of coffee at the Walking Village. Alongside the route, you will find bars and restaurants that serve all kinds of foods and drinks. We know our walkers well, so in the places where you most need to refresh your energy, you will find a food station with snacks, coffee and other refreshments.
CHECK POINTS
Our volunteers will scan your chip at the different checkpoints you will pass. In this way, we more or less know where you are and know that you've walked the route altogether. You can use the restrooms at these checkpoints, and there will be refreshments.
SAFETY
You will walk with others. Our safety cars will always be on the route to help out if needed and coordinate with the police and ambulances, who are present along the routes. In case of an emergency during the event, you can call us on our emergency number at +34 623 329 969. (also printed in your Info Guide) TIP: add this to your phone!
Registration Day
On Wednesday, October 2nd, you can pick up your credentials between 10:00 and 16.00 hrs or on every walking day from 8 to 16 in the Registration tent. If you still need to register and don't want to do this online, our volunteers will help you sign up. (€5 more expensive) Sign Up Online, and DIY is cheaper!
Time Schedules
There are different starting times, depending on the number of kilometres you choose, and these are between 8.00 - 11.00 hrs. (Challenge routes start at 07.00 hrs). All walkers must return before 16.00 hrs to have this day counted as one of the four days. You only receive your medal after completing four days.

The best kick-off for your adventure in Marbella is our White Party on Wednesday. On the other days, we invite you to enjoy the festive ambience with live performances and DJ’s from noon till early evening. There’s music, food and drinks, you only have to bring your party mood and enough energy to dance!
