Heeft u nog saldo op uw Payment Card staan? U kunt dit op twee manieren terugvragen:

• Optie 1: Digitaal via iDEAL
  Scan de QR-code op uw Payment Card om het resterende bedrag via iDEAL op uw bankrekening te laten storten.
  • ⚠️ Let op: Noteer eerst het PIN-nummer van uw Payment Card voordat u de QR code scant.
  • Aanvragen: Van maandag 5 oktober (vanaf 12:00 uur) tot en met donderdag 15 oktober (tot 12:00 uur).
  • Uitbetaling: start vanaf 16 oktober
    
    
    
• Optie 2: Op het evenementterrein (direct via pinpas)
  Laat het saldo direct via uw eigen pinpas terugstorten bij de Payment-tent op de Plaza.
  • Wanneer: Dagelijks mogelijk tot en met zondag 4 oktober (tot 18:00 uur).

Belangrijke informatie:

• Transactiekosten: Voor de verwerking wordt € 1,- aan administratie- en bankkosten ingehouden op uw restsaldo.
• Geen contant geld: Het is helaas niet mogelijk om het restsaldo in contanten uitbetaald te krijgen.
• Pas kwijt of verloren? Zonder de fysieke Payment Card (en de QR-code/het PIN-nummer) is het niet mogelijk om uw saldo terug te vragen. Bewaar uw kaart dus goed.
  Tip: Schrijf uw naam op de card en maak een foto van voor- en achterzijde en PIN-nummer.

Refund of Remaining Payment Card Balance

Do you still have a balance left on your Payment Card? You can easily claim a refund in one of two ways:

📱 Option 1: Digitally via iDEAL (After the event)

Scan the QR code on your Payment Card to transfer the remaining amount directly to your bank account using iDEAL.

• 📅 Request Period: From Monday, October 5 (12:00 PM) through Thursday, October 15 (12:00 PM).
• 💳 Payout: The amount will be deposited into your account starting October 16.
• ⚠️ Important: Make sure to write down or save your Payment Card’s PIN before scanning the QR code.

📍 Option 2: At the Event Site (Directly to your debit card)

Get your remaining balance refunded directly onto your own debit card at the Payment Tent on the Plaza.

• 📅 Availability: Daily up until Sunday, October 4 (6:00 PM).

ℹ️ Important Information

• Transaction Fees: A €1.00 administrative and banking fee will be deducted from your remaining balance to process the refund.
• No Cash: It is not possible to receive your remaining balance in cash.
• Lost or Misplaced Cards: Refunds can only be processed with the physical Payment Card (including the QR code and PIN). Keep your card safe!
• 💡 Pro-Tip: Write your name on the card and take a clear photo of the front, back, and the PIN code just in case.
