Refund of the balance on your Payment Card

• Your Payment Card remains valid: you can use it again in 2026 with the remaining balance, or top it up at a future event. Please do not throw it away.
• Would you like to have your remaining balance refunded? This is possible within 15 days after the event, so until October 20, 2025, by email.
• After processing your request, the balance on your card will be set to €0. The card itself remains yours and can be reused.
• For the refund of the balance, we charge an administration fee of €0.50, which will be deducted from your remaining balance.

How to request a refund of your balance
Send an email to EBS@Marbella4DaysWalking.com with the following information:

Payout
You will receive the remaining balance (minus €0.50) in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days after we receive your email.

Your personal data will only be used for processing the refund of the balance and/or communication related to it.
